 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was not in a real emergency but they took me in right away the receptionist was wonderful.  It's a protocol to see the hygienist first because they need to see what your problem is and take Xrays first.  I needed to get an answer to what was causing my pain.  I go to the dentist regularly so it's no big deal I hate the shots what you can do is take better care of MY teeth.  I was referred to a specialist that needed to handle some specialized work.  Then I had another emergency I lost a crown they took care of it right away I did have to go back to finish some work.  I don't understand the people that said they had difficulties there are two sides to a story maybe because of their anxiety and the fact maybe their attitude made it worse.   Everyone is a great, receptionist, hygienist, and both dentists are great they put up with all my questions.  The office is clean, they have all the updated equipment.  I gave them 5 stars.
